A life spent telling stories
I'm Julien, a French filmmaker. For over ten years, I've been filming weddings across France.
But my journey has taken me far beyond weddings — from documentary filmmaking in the Philippines to years spent living in Australia and New Zealand, and encounters with people from different cultures.
These experiences have shaped the way I observe, listen and connect with others.
My documentary work, recognised at international film festivals, has deepened my instinct for looking beyond the obvious, finding meaning in the smallest gestures and discovering the stories that unfold naturally.
That perspective has always been at the heart of my wedding filmmaking. Working naturally in French and English, I create films shaped by the people, relationships and emotions that make each celebration unique.

For a few days, the people you love are finally all in one place. You’ve brought them together for something that means so much to you. That doesn't happen often. And it makes the time you share all the more precious.
A welcome dinner filled with long-overdue conversations. That excitement in the air the evening before. The vows, the music, the dancing — a whirlwind of emotions. And one last afternoon together, laughing and sharing stories over brunch by the pool.
All part of a celebration you wish could last a little longer.

You spend so long looking forward to these days. And somehow, they're over far too soon.
What matters to me is preserving more than the wedding day itself. The atmosphere of the whole gathering, the joy of being together, and all those little moments that will mean even more as the years go by.
